30 day guarantee - If your product fails to work within 30 days of receiving your item. Please return the item for a refund or exchange for the same item.

Shipping - All Small items will be shipped in a USPS flat rate box. Anything larger will be shipped via UPS. Please note that since i still work full time that it may be a day or so before shipping your item.
